Privacy Notice

Who runs this site

Realatrends Real Estate, 1178 Glenneyre Street, Laguna Beach, CA 92651, publishes Search Laguna and is its real estate sponsor. Questions about this notice go to Clark@Realatrends.com.

What you send through the forms

The contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number and your message. The checklist form asks for your name and email address. Each message also carries the address of the page you sent it from. The forms check a hidden field and how long the form was open, which filters out automated spam.

Where the forms send it

Both forms send your details by email to Realatrends Real Estate at Clark@Realatrends.com. Resend, an email delivery service, carries the message and keeps a delivery log of what it sends. Read the Resend privacy policy for how Resend handles that data. The checklist form also sends one email to the address you gave.

We use what you send to answer your message and to send the checklist. A message stays in the Realatrends Real Estate mailbox until we delete it. This site keeps no database of visitors.

Hosting

Vercel hosts this site, so its servers receive the request your browser makes when it loads a page. The Vercel privacy notice covers that.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it for advertising. This site has no user accounts and shows no advertising.

Links to other sites

Pages link to other sites, including realatrends.com and Google Maps. Those sites follow their own privacy practices. The Realatrends privacy policy covers realatrends.com.

Ask for a copy, a correction or deletion

Email Clark@Realatrends.com to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Give the email address you used on the form so we can find your message.
